Crime getting wings, has Yogi lost control over his own dignity?
"Uttar Pradesh a state with the largest population will obviously have crime rates higher than other states", said by the then DGP of U.P. How far
does this statement prove to be true?
One
of the appealing promises that were made by Yogi government was to have control
over the crime rates, with many steps and decision in favor of the manifesto
helped and strengthened the government to control the crime rates.
When
he started as CM the NCRB reports showed up to be:
Annual report of the National Crime
Records Bureau (NCRB), a case of rape is registered with the Uttar Pradesh
police every two hours while crime against a child is reported every 90 minutes
in the state.
Uttar Pradesh also recorded the highest number of 2,444 dowry deaths in 2018 but witnessed a decrease of 3 per
cent in comparison to 2017 when 2,524 cases were reported.
After the financial year-end of 2020
crime rates are higher or are noticeable more than ever is hard to say, but
U.P. has been leading the trend of crimes like rapes and murders.
There have been many recent cases
like Murder of news reporters like Ratan Singh, 8 policemen were shot dead by a
gangster, reporters in Lucknow are shot dead in the daylight, girls of all age
are raped and shot dead every day, Sudiksha Bhati, lab technician murder case, Kamlesh
Tiwari murder, 20-year
old stabbed to death, the couple
shot dead etc,.
U.P. citizens have way more trust in the yogi government to hold prime control over crimes as compared to any other
government's body. Yogi government needs to seek quick actions to control the
crimes as was done initially.

What do you think , actual reason of crime in up , is its some influential people living their or the no deterrence of police and government or something else.
